As per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
The objective of the ICC Policy is to provide a safe and secure working environment for all employees, free from sexual harassment, gender bias, and discrimination.
This policy applies to all employees, contractual workers, trainees, and interns, across all offices and establishments of the organization.
Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature, including but not limited to requests for sexual favors, inappropriate remarks, or showing pornography.
The ICC shall consist of a Presiding Officer (Chairperson), external expert, and employee representatives as per the requirements of the POSH Act, 2013.
Any employee may lodge a complaint in writing to the ICC within three months of the incident. The complaint can be emailed or submitted in person, maintaining confidentiality.
The ICC will conduct a fair and unbiased inquiry. Both parties will be given the opportunity to present their case. The committee will recommend appropriate action based on findings.
All details pertaining to the complaint, inquiry, and resolution shall remain strictly confidential. Any breach of confidentiality will invite disciplinary action.
If the ICC concludes that the complaint was malicious or false, appropriate disciplinary action may be taken against the complainant.
The organization shall regularly conduct training programs, awareness sessions, and circulate educational materials to sensitize employees on workplace ethics and ICC procedures.
